For coaching and open gate sessions, we use Spond. When you join you should be added into the relevant groups, but if not, just reach out to a coach or committee member. Spond is free to sign-up to on-line and the apps can be found here:-

A quick guide to memberships and race licenses... 🟢 1. Club-level riders (Go-Ride / local racing & training) ✅ Required: •Club membership •British Cycling membership (Member or Premium) ❌ NOT required: •Full race licence 🧠 What they can do: •Club training sessions •Club races (Go-Ride events) •Skills coaching 👉 They will have a provisional licence automatically, but: •No points •No rankings 🟠 2.
